How Narayana Spaces processes information

Contact information is used to process your request, identify a suitable retreat property or event, and communicate with you. Requests are stored in the platform’s protected database and transferred to the Narayana Center operational CRM.

Persistent identity

Each user receives a persistent internal Person ID. Sign-in methods are stored separately, allowing the same Person ID to be linked safely to a future ecosystem-wide ID, email account, or Telegram account without losing listings, events, or request history.

Rights and oversight

Property representatives must verify their authority before managing a listing. Publications and updates undergo automated checks and, where risk is identified, human moderation. Images are published only when the right to use them has been confirmed.

To request the correction or deletion of personal information, use the request form and enter “Personal data” as the subject.
